Hide "view in drive" doesn't work#590

Issue #333 indicates the ability to hide “view in drive” is complete. However, you can still see it when “View” and “View in drive” buttons for readers is cleared. You can even see it on your own tutorials wiki. Note that the “View” does hide, however.

Are you only wanting to hide it for readers or for all users?

I no longer see “view in drive” on the tutorial pages. However, it still shows on one of my wikis for readers where I have ‘Show “View” and “View in drive” buttons for readers’ unchecked.
