Description:
Customer’s have reported an issue with sorting documents within a list on the wiki page. When trying to reorder documents, particularly moving them to the top of the list, the system does not respond as expected. User is able to reorder other documents but faces issues with specific ones, which remain static at the top of the list.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open Wiki with Document List: Go to a wiki page that has a list of documents in the side menu.
2. Access Reordering Options: Hover your cursor over a document title in the side menu. When the three-dot menu icon appears next to the document title, click on it.
3. Attempt Reordering: From the options provided, choose ‘Move Up’ or ‘Move Down’ to rearrange the order of the document in the list.
4. Check Result: Observe if the document moves as directed. In some cases, specific documents may not move as intended, especially when trying to place them at the top of the list.

Expected Behavior:
Users should be able to freely reorder documents within a list on the wiki page, with changes reflected immediately.

Actual Behavior:
Specific documents remain at the top of the list and do not move as intended when users attempt to reorder them.

Impact:
This sorting issue affects the organization of documents on the wiki page, potentially impacting the user’s ability to manage and present information effectively.
