Wiki logo sometimes doesn’t appear in reader point of view, but it appears just fine in owner point of view. Please check the attached screenshot.
Inspecting the logo from reader point of view gives the following html:
<img data-test-id="wiki-logo" src="https://drive.google.com/uc?id=1jwbwLodQE-g4lKmkEIqOd7MLiSrZqWZY" style="border-radius: 3px;">
Opening the src link gives the following error:
“403. That’s an error.
We’re sorry, but you do not have access to this page. That’s all we know.”
Opening the src link from the wiki owner side does not give the error and displays the image just fine.
Could be access right issue.
@Knowledge Vault Could you let me know the browser and operating system you’re using, I’m not yet able to reproduce the issue as a signed in reader or anonymous user, including wikis I am not the owner of.
If you are also able to create a public demo wiki showing the issue that would speed things up on my side.
Thank you for responding.
I am willing to have a gmeet session to show you the issue if you are available for it.
If all else fail, perhaps I can temporarily remove all my wiki content and invite you as a reader to see if you can replicate the issue from your end.
This should now be resolved.
