Logo Upload Failure with Spinning Animation Hang#545

Pro Plan User is unable to upload a logo to their wiki. Upon selecting the logo file, the spinning animation appears but never completes, and the logo is not uploaded or displayed.

Steps to Reproduce:
Navigate to the settings of a wiki.
Attempt to upload a logo through the designated upload area.
Observe the spinning animation that appears.

Expected Results:
The logo should upload successfully and be displayed in the designated area.

Actual Results:
The spinning animation appears but never completes. The logo is not uploaded or displayed.

Additional Information:
This is different from the previous logo bug that was fixed, where logos were not persisting.
