Description:
A Pro Plan account holder reports that email invitations sent to team members (as ‘Editors’ and ‘Readers’) to join the wiki are not being received.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. The Pro Plan account holder sends email invitations to team members to join the wiki in specific roles (‘Editors’ or ‘Readers’).
2. The intended recipients check their primary email inboxes for the invitation.
3. In the absence of the email in the main inbox, they check their junk/spam folders.

Expected Behavior:
Upon sending the invitation, the invited team members should find the email in their primary inbox, enabling them to join the wiki in their respective roles.

Current Behavior:
Invitees are not receiving the email invitations in either their main inboxes or spam folders.

Current Workaround:
None identified. The issue persists, with the invitations not reaching their intended recipients, even after thorough checks.
