Shared drive as a wiki#427

Currently shared drive subfolders work, but using the shared drive itself is not enabled.

• Allow using a shared drive as a wiki
• Allow creating a new shared drive as a wiki from the UI (if possible)

I was able to successfully share a subfolder in the Shared Drive - so your system works with Shared Drives. I’m sending an email with a screenshot.
