Ignore document Header/Footer content#327

We like to have all our public facing documents with letterhead on them in the form of a header and footer. This makes no sense when viewing in YNAW.

Should be feasible.
If you’re able to add an example header to this doc with that formatting I’ll make sure it works for that template.

I added some generic content to it. It’s basically a table, an image, and some text, all inside the header. Hopefully the API allows a way to target the header/footer.

Thanks Graeme, this will require a little more work using a combination of the drive and docs API, but it is feasible. Will update you when it’s ready.

No sweat, it would just be a nice to have, but not expecting anything!
