Links with ä and ö in the title dont work#325

When adding a link with ä or ö characters in the title that we have in finnish language doesn’t work. It just creates the Google Doc with a title and a link in the name and directs to that doc, not the website that it should link. See example picture attached.

It happens with special characters used in portuguese also: (ç, ´, ~, ^)
