Hi, do anyone out there using this software have any contacts with the developer? I have asked some question to him in emails. But no answers.

Hello, anyone that know anything about the software developer? Is he still alive?

I’ve had the same experience. The developer is non-responsive. I’m now looking for another tool that does the same thing :(

We are having a similar concern - there is a live chat widget, but no one seems to respond. Also, no answer to emails. Thanks for the reference to another tool.
