Left hand column gets impossibly long with too many files#287

Problem:

• Left hand sidebar gets too long when I have a lot of files, increasing the height of the whole page

• Job to be done *
  When I have a lot of files in my wiki
  I want the sidebar to have a scrollbar
  So I can scroll it, instead of scrolling the entire page

Possible solution

• Add sidebar scrollbar
• Smaller/more compact font option

Another possible solution may be to start with folders minimised

Independent scroll for sidebar and content display area is a must!
