Support Google Drive shortcut feature#273

Currently, when displaying a “shortcutted” document, i.e. the shortcut to a doc, YNAW displays the ‘New doc created’ page. I request that YNAW automatically “follows” the shortcut and displays the original document.

Shortcuts to files will be completed first as it’s simpler.

Shortcuts now supported (files and folders). I’ll be adding it to the UI as part of #438 (Add a shortcut button)

Moving this back to open. Current version is not sufficient. I’ll consider this done when a shortcut can function exactly the same as a file, no matter the format.
