Retain table of contents generated by headings in G Doc#212

I lose my nice TOC.. a bit dissapointing b/c I now have to break up docs into smaller ones in order to have nav for reader

Thanks for raising this Jon, while I don’t have a date yet, I would like to see this implemented.

Nice option to have.

Just experimenting with YNAW for the first time and this is definitely an absence I’m feeling.
