Updated share screen#195

This ticket will track the share screen updates which include the following:

• URL to allow sending link to invited private users
• Updated design

Potentially include:

• Browser URL should always be shareable URL

Potential bonus round: One of the things we really like about gdocs is that the URL in the browser bar auto-updates with heading anchors so that sending a link to someone takes them to the right place in the document.

As part of this update, I would like to clarify pricing/user seats.
Anyone who is invited and has edit access will be counted as a seat.

Exposing your wiki as read only (no edit button or other controls) to internal users or as a shared document does not count towards your pricing.

I would like to make this easy to understand and easily manageable so people are not worried about going over the pricing caps.

There should be some kind of warning before going over the cap, as well as a grace period to be able to remove a user.
