Make a linked copy/alias of a folder or document#176

Google drive has the concept of making a “linked copy” of folders or docs.

JTBD:
When I want a page or folder in multiple locations
I want to be able to create it, and remove it from YNAW
So I can view and update those files/folders without having to update it in multiple places.

Possible naming:
Make a linked copy
Make an alias
Make a ghost copy

We decided not to use YNAW for two reasons

  1. the “access to all documents” permission was too broad for our team to accept
  2. the app required the creation of a single, personally-owned folder, which didn’t accommodate (a) multiple shared drives or (b) good orgnisation.

If it handled aliases, or aliased folders, we might have considered setting up an extra “wiki-only” user to get around point 1.
