A readme page for each folder - that displays like a home.#155

For each folder, the UI displays a list of documents in that folder. It would be great if a Google Doc named “ReadMe” (or similar), was automatically loaded in place below the list.

This “ReadMe” would act as a homepage for each folder, where we can put information in about what this folder is.

The special “ReadMe” doc would be ignored in the rest of the wiki - i.e it wouldn’t show as a doc.
