Prevent unexpected licences#152

Problem:

When a user that has edit access to a YNAW folder signs in to YNAW, they will get added to a pro user’s licences.

We want to avoid that happening without the user knowing or approving it.

Possible solutions:

1) Notify the account admin

• Potentially with a link to user admin section to make any changes

2) Allow approving new users

• User requests access, email gets sent, admin approves

3) Only invited users can access

• This way the prompt will happen when the admin invites
