Table of contents link opens new tab#145

An achnor links from a table of contents from a docs file always opens a new tab (which completely reloads the page). Instead clicking such a link should just scroll down on the same page.

Hi Grant. After testing it again, it seems to work. It definitely behaved differently right after I imported the file. I’ll let you know should this issue come up again later and then document it properly.
