TOCs in GDocs don't work#138

When adding a table of contents with page numbers to a Google Doc, the page numbers are automatically aligned right. In YNAW, these page numbers get bunched up to the headings, as if only separated by a tab. Additionally, clicking on the TOC links in YNAW causes the document to get stuck in a load-loop. This second part of the issue is probably similar to #100.

Thanks for the screenshots and for raising this issue Nathaniel. I’ve flagged it as a bug and will update on here when we have recreated and fixed the issue.

The load-loop issue is fixed with the fix of #100! Thanks heaps! The bunching up of the TOC page numbers is still around and may be connected to #77 and #80. Sorry for having multiple issues in one thread! You can archive this if you think it makes sense.
